To streamline the research ethics review application process and enhance review workflow management, the Office of Research Ethics has implemented the NCCU Research Ethics Online Management and Review System, which officially launched on March 15, 2021.

The system was made available for testing by faculty and students on March 10, 2021, and officially went live on March 15, 2021. Faculty, researchers, and students submitting new applications are required to register and apply via the system (see links below). Please use Google Chrome as the web browser.

System Access:

• For NCCU faculty, staff, and students: Please log in via the iNCCU portal (do not register manually).

• For external users: Please register first before accessing the system.

Applications submitted before March 12, 2021, including amendments, midterm reviews, final reviews, and adverse event reports, will continue to be processed in paper format until the cases are completed.
